SEC Filings Explorer

Every filing a public company makes, straight from the source. Search any US ticker and browse its 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements and insider Form 4s - each linking directly to the document on SEC EDGAR.

Public companies file with the SEC on a schedule and after material events. The 10-K is the audited annual report; the 10-Q is the lighter quarterly; an 8-K flags something important happened (earnings, executive changes, M&A, big contracts); the DEF 14A proxy covers pay and votes; and Form 4 is an insider - an officer, director, or 10%+ holder - reporting that they bought or sold stock, usually within two business days. Insider Form 4 clusters are one of the most-watched signals in the market. Everything here is pulled live from EDGAR, the SEC's official system, so it's as authoritative as it gets.
